Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This policy explains, in plain language, what information Self Manage uses to provide and protect your account.

1. Information we handle

Self Manage stores the information you enter, such as your name, Gmail address, properties, tenant and lease details, payments, maintenance records, and documents. This information is used to provide the property-management features you request. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information that helps keep your account safe

We may record login times, IP addresses, and other security activity when needed to detect misuse, investigate suspicious activity, prevent abuse, and protect your account. We keep this information only for as long as reasonably needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Passwords and two-factor authentication

Your password is protected in a way that prevents it from being recovered from stored account data. We keep the information needed to make two-factor authentication work, and recovery codes are protected and shown when they are created or replaced. Your password is not included in activity logs.

4. Emails and supporting services

If enabled, we may use supporting services to send invitation or verification emails and to help check password security. Only the information needed for those services is shared.

5. Your choices and questions

You can contact the application administrator with questions about your account or the information stored in Self Manage. Some information may need to be kept for security, backups, or legal reasons.

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when the application or its data practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
