Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Using Self Manage

Self Manage provides private property-management tools for organizing properties, tenants, leases, payments, maintenance, documents, and related records. The service is a record-keeping tool, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for information and accounts you are authorized to manage.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password, authenticator device, recovery codes, and invitation link confidential. Notify the administrator promptly if you believe your account or security credentials have been compromised.

3. Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate handling of information you enter into the service, including tenant, lease, payment, and document data.

4. Availability

The service is provided for personal use and may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable from time to time. Keep independent backups of records that are important to you.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

6. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact the administrator who invited you to the application.
